CallDesk rethinks the way customer service can deliver happiness to their clients. We offer an artificial intelligence voicebot that handles almost any repetitive calls in call centers and let human agents focus on high value interactions with the customers.  

  

Our Story :

CallDesk was co-founded in April 2016 by Vincent Gire and Aimé Dushimire, two serial entrepreneurs. We are already working with major companies like La Poste, MGEN, Bouygues Télécom or SNCF. Our customers use CallDesk to improve their customer service and love our product. We have raised €2.9M with some of Europe’s most experienced VC funds in customer service and SaaS solutions (PointNine Capital and EQT Ventures). We are now a team of 10 talented and ambitious people, excelling at execution and most of all passionate about delivering the  final customers the best experience they have ever known.

 

Your mission :

Increase the company's revenue by signing large profitable contracts and by setting up and training a hunting team to land new accounts and one customer success team to grow existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Sales Process

- Refine and document the sales process

- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to refine the CSM process

- Design and roll-out sales training to all client-facing employees

- Use and improve the defined processes on a daily basis with customer

 

  • People management

- Drive team motivation with sales challenges, leaderboard and quality relationships

- Make people grow

- Handle recruitment needs

 

  • Grow national and international recurring revenue

- Acquire and convert existing clients into recurring customers

- Develop international business

 

  • Deliver forecasts reports
