CallDesk rethinks the way customer service can deliver happiness to their clients. We offer an artificial intelligence voicebot that handles almost any repetitive calls in call centers and let human agents focus on high value interactions with the customers.

CallDesk was co-founded in April 2016 by Vincent Gire and Aimé Dushimire, two serial entrepreneurs. We are already working with major companies like La Poste, MGEN, Bouygues Télécom or SNCF. Our customers use CallDesk to improve their customer service and love our product. We have raised €2.9M with some of Europe’s most experienced VC funds in customer service and SaaS solutions (PointNine Capital and EQT Ventures). We are now a team of 10 talented and ambitious people, excelling at execution and most of all passionate about delivering the  final customers the best experience they have ever known.

Your mission:

CallDesk is searching for an Enterprise Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving and closing a portfolio of sales opportunities within the French market, through new business relationships from prospect identification to contracts closing.

We are looking for someone with a hunter mindset that’s excited to manage complex selling processes, know how to build and close strong business relationships with multiple stakeholders including C-level executives.We’re growing fast and it’s an amazing opportunity to be at the center of the artificial intelligence revolution to disrupt a major industry.


  • Define and apply sales strategies in order to grow our client base
  • Navigate through complex sales cycles
  • Evangelize the CallDesk vision through product demonstrations, field marketing events and account-specific initiatives
  • Manage C-level relationships and present the value of CallDesk to decision makers
  • Submit propositions and sign new contracts;
  • Identify and exploit new growth and upselling opportunities;
  • Manage, forecast, report your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals



  • 3+ years experience in B2B software sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; know how to make complex things feel simple
  • Successful track record selling software to Large Enterprise Accounts
  • Experience closing six figure deals
  • Closed complex sales cycles in competitive markets
  • Keen interest in the tech industry
  • Excellent team player

Nice to have:

  • SaaS sales experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Experience in the Contact Center Industry
